The workshop aimed to address the impact of Article 6 in Brazil’s NDC and to assess what benefits can be generated for the municipality of São Paulo.
It was an excellent opportunity to discuss the potential of developing carbon projects to mobilise financial resources to mitigate climate change and reduce carbon emissions.
This meeting was the result of meetings held with the team of the Executive Secretariat for Climate Change SECLIMA, headed by Secretary Dr. Fernando Pinheiro Pedro, and Patricio Lombardi, Environmental Markets Fairness Foundation Secretary General. It was delivered by ALLCOT in conjunction with IETA.
